Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Personalized or custom products
• Sale items
• Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@zestpartyboutique.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once your return has been approved.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
